BD & MARKETING ASSISTANT

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Business Development and Marketing team! The role will include developing skills and expertise to identify business and marketing opportunities, contribute to marketing campaigns, and assist in generating new leads and maintaining existing client relationships, working closely with the consultant team to maximise opportunities and maintain an efficient CRM system.

Provide general administrative support as part of the business support team on commercial and finance aspects as well as admin support to the project teams where necessary.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of the BD and marketing strategy in conjunction with the management team.
  • Maintain records of current, lapsed and target clients along with records of activity.
  • Help communicate the company’s unique selling point(s) internally and externally.
  • Develop an understanding of the target markets.
  • Assist with client care activities and coordinating regular client care meetings.
  • Assist with the organisation of networking events.
  • Act as a company ambassador at networking events.
  • Assist with management of social media channels.
  • Working with the BD & Marketing Co-ordinator to develop and deliver marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in maintaining the Company social media profile.

Other such reasonable duties within the general scope of the job title or as required by the company, at the Management Teams direction.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience of working in an office environment would be desirable.
  • All training will be provided
