Role Overview

To support Omnia’s planned growth in 2026, we are seeking an organised and proactive Internal Recruiter to operate our recruitment activity on a temporary, part-time basis. This role will play a key part in managing and coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting hiring managers, and build a portfolio of high-quality candidates.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in recruitment. Previous recruitment experience is not essential but would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Omnia’s recruitment process across a range of roles;
  • Research, source and contact potential candidates;
  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment timelines;
  • Manage recruitment platforms and distribute candidates to the relevant hiring managers;
  • Coordinate and manage candidate applications, shortlisting, and interview scheduling;
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience;
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation; and
  • Assist with recruitment reporting and general administrative tasks.

Person Specification

  • At least one year’s experience in a similar role
  • Experience sourcing and contact candidates
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn best practices
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Professional, discreet, and confident in dealing with internal stakeholders and candidates
  • Comfortable working independently with appropriate support and guidance

    Additional Information

    • This is a part-time role, with working hours to be agreed based on the successful candidate’s availability and preferences
    • The role is offered on a 3-month temporary contract, with the potential to extend to 6 months, or permanent subject to business needs
    • Suitable for candidates returning to work, seeking flexible hours, or looking to gain practical recruitment experience
