Due to continued growth, we are currently looking for a Project and Business Support Administrator to provide day-to-day support and help keep our projects running smoothly. We are looking for someone that is proactive, professional, adaptable, problem‑solver.

About the Role
The Project & Business Support Administrator provides high-quality administrative, coordination and commercial support across the business. The role is split across two core functions:
- Project Administration – coordinating outsourced consultancy enquiries, managing communication with sub‑consultants, supporting quotation development, andassistingwith commercial processes associated with consultancy services.
- Business Support – delivering broad operational support to Finance, BD & Marketing, and internal systems administration (including H&S and ISO), as well as general office management.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound consultancy enquiries
- Collect and review enquiry information before distributing to relevant sub‑consultants
- Maintain logs, manage quotation workflow, rebrand reports and track deliverables
- Process third‑party consultancy invoices
- Assist with issuing sales invoices
- Support month‑end reconciliation and commercial documentation
- Support the Business Development and Marketing team with project metrics, events and sourcing costs for marketing purposes
- H&S and ISO system support
- Fleet management
- General office administration
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong organisation, communication and commercial awareness
- Attention to detail, multitasking, IT competence
Desirable:
- Project administration,
- H&S and ISO systems awareness
- Xero and WorkflowMax experience
