ISO Certification

Omnia are pleased to announce our recent UKAS certification to the global standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 demonstrating compliance in three key business areas – Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental management.

We are particularly pleased to have been certified to the ISO 45001 Health & Safety standard which, following years of review across the international community, was only approved last year [in 2018]. This not only see’s us become one of the first companies in our industry to become certified to the new H&S standard but also gives us, and our clients, all the assurance needed in guaranteeing that our site practices meet the best recognised global standard in safety.

Lee McDonald (Managing Director) –

I am thrilled to have achieved certification to these global standards following an incredible team effort in developing our combined ISO management system. This cements Omnia’s growing business practices, supports us in continual improvements across all business quality functions and most importantly ensures that we are providing the best possible service to our clients.

P&C Networking Dinner – Portsmouth 18th July 2018

P&C Networking Dinner – Portsmouth 18th July 2018

P&C Networking Dinner

This summer saw Omnia’s third quarterly P&C Networking Dinner at the great venue, on the Port Solent marina, The Watermark Restaurant. With another fantastic turnout, full of property and construction professionals, this event saw us reaching a new achievement with a fully booked venue with a couple of guest speakers.

At every networking dinner we love to support a local charity and this event we were proud to support and raise money for – Portsmouth Hospitals Charity. We raised an amazing £118.98 for the charity and we couldn’t thank our guests more for the generous donations.

“The NHS receives funds from the government to provide healthcare, but there is an ever-increasing demand to improve facilities and provide better care for patients, which need public support.

Portsmouth Hospitals Charity aims to provide the best possible facilities and environment for patients, staff and visitors as well as state-of-the-art equipment, to enhance over all experience.”

Lee McDonald, our Managing Director said: “What a fantastic turnout and an amazing location right on the marina of Portsolent. With better weather shining down on us this time around, it only added greatness to the event; having heard the fantastic schemes and projects our clients and suppliers are involved. The future prospects for Portsmouth are only looking more positive!”

We want to thank everyone again for the constant support with our P&C Networking Dinners and we’re glad everyone who attended had a wonderful time.

P&C Networking Dinner – Southampton

On the 7th March 2018, Omnia held their Quarterly P&C Networking Dinner Event – Southampton Regeneration. It was a great success with a huge amount of property and construction professionals attending the evening, ready for an evening of great food, company and networking.

Our guest speaker, Allan Gordon, Managing Director of National Regional Property Group discussed their impressive projects in Southampton, which are helping bring hundreds of affordable homes into the city. We got a great response from all who attended and were equally excited to hear about the NRPG’s exciting plans for Southampton.

Lee McDonald, our Managing Director said: “What a great evening with a really informative talk by Allan Gordon from NRPG – we couldn’t have asked for a better turnout. Accompanied by a lovely venue with fantastic food, it really was great to catch up with old clients and colleagues; as well as meeting new faces too.”

Thank you again for everyone who attended the event, we’re glad everyone enjoyed themselves and found it useful professionally and socially.

We look forward to seeing everyone at our next event coming soon!
